Delaware Online: Del. seeks to intervene in Fla. Nemours case
Attorney General Beau Biden said today he’s taking action to intervene in a Florida case that will restructure the trust that funds the Nemours Foundation that runs Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Rockland.
Biden said as of now Delaware does not have any concerns about the restructuring plan but he wants to join the case nonetheless to ensure the state’s interests remain protected.
