WDEL 1150: Biden wants to hold BP accountable for spill
Delaware’s attorney general is demanding that BP pay for any damage caused by the gulf oil spill.
Attorney General Beau Biden’s office and attorneys general from 10 Atlantic coast states have sent a letter to BP requesting that it and its affiliated companies agree to pay all legitimate claims related to the spill.
They are also asking the company to designate an employee to work with the attorneys general for fast communication, and to preserve all documents and data related to the spill.
