Convicted Felon Will “Literally Pay for His Crimes”
Beau’s office announced on July 19th that the former finance chief for the Laurel Schools pled guilty to theft, tampering with public records and misusing a computer system. William S. Hitch Jr. will have to pay back a total of $151,000.
