Beau says: Federal Financial Reform to Better Protect Delaware Investors
The federal financial reform bill will allow AG Beau Biden (and all states) to better protect Delaware investors by giving the AG new authority to enforce consumer financial protections. This bill provides stronger state and federal oversight of the financial industry including the establishment of a new federal consumer financial protection agency, preserving state consumer protection laws governing financial services and creating a grant program for states to assist with their monitoring of investment professionals who advise senior citizens.
