Last night was a special one for our state, and my family, because of your hard work and support. Hallie and I cannot thank you enough for your help, yesterday and all year long.

Serving as Attorney General for the past four years has been an honor and a privilege, and I am grateful that so many Delawareans have put their faith and trust in me for a second term.

Four years ago, I ran for this office because I felt that we needed to do more for the most vulnerable among us: our seniors, our kids, and women who have been victimized by domestic abuse.

I ran for reelection this year because have a job to finish — an obligation and responsibility to the people of Delaware. Today, our work begins to fulfill that obligation and responsibility.

Thank you again for all you did to make last night a reality.
